West Wales Holiday Cottages

Our Self Catering Holiday Cottages occupy a unique site on a low rise overlooking the River Teifi. The complex is of historical and architectural interest as it dates in parts from the 15th Century.

Grounds of 40 acres surround the farmhouse and four cottages, which are grouped around a south facing courtyard. At the rear, they overlook a lawn bounded by fields. An easy level access makes the river area particularly suitable for anyone with disabilities.

Our Holiday Cottages are all self- contained. Each has a front door onto the courtyard and a back door onto a patio area leading to the lawn.

There is ample car parking space adjacent to the cottages.

We have 1 electrical charging point for cars which is external to the properties and operated with a coin meter accepting £1 and £2 coins.

(Well behaved dogs permitted.)

Each cottage is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, and television. Heating is panel heating. Duvet quilts and blankets, bed linen and towels provided.

Each cottage has a living room with a kitchen area. Bathrooms are fitted with showers. There is a large drying/freezer/rod room with a coin operated washing machine and tumble drier for your use.

We pride ourselves on having clean cottages.

Wrens Nest Cottage- Sleeps 2 in a kingsize zip & link or twin bed

Dairy Cottage - Sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms, 1 superking zip & link or twin & 1 single.

Kingfisher Cottage - Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin.

Holly Cottage - Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin.

2 well behaved dogs welcome in all cottages - free of charge.
