Dairy Nest Holiday Cottage

The Dairy cottage is suitable for three occupants. You can practically cast a line from the back door it is so close to the river. Sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms, 1 superking zip & link or twin & 1 single.

The cottage is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, and television. Heating is panel heating. Duvet quilts and blankets, bed linen and towels provided.

The cottage has a living room with a kitchen area. Bathroom with shower.

There is a large shared drying/freezer/rod room with a coin operated washing machine and tumble drier for your use.

Booking Information

• Prices are per cottage, per week. Electricity is included in the price.
• Minimum charge for short breaks, when available, if for four nights at 75% of the weekly rate.
• 2 well behaved dogs welcome in all cottages - free of charge.
• Bookings are from 4pm to 10am Saturday to Saturday.
• Bookings may be made by phone or email.
• A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week per cottage is due when booking to confirm the reservation.
• The balance of the rent and other charges are due six weeks before the holiday starts.
• Please make cheques payable to “Mr T Sharp.”. We also accept a bank transfer.
• The number of people staying in the cottage must not exceed the numbers stated on the booking form.
• 2 rods per cottage maximum except Wrens Nest, 1 rod only.
• 5 RODS MAXIMUM PER WEEK.
• Young persons in full time education fish free of charge.
• There is ample car parking space adjacent to the cottages.
